• Submitting a clear copy or photo of your valid Indonesian National ID (KTP)

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, table limits, and your account tier. These limits are clearly displayed in each game interface. at789 reserves the right to refuse any bet that exceeds posted limits or appears unusual or suspicious.

In the event of technical errors, game malfunctions, or obvious pricing errors (such as incorrectly displayed sports betting odds), at789 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resolve issues fairly.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting services, all bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). at789 follows standard industry settlement rules for abandoned matches, postponed events, and dead heats.

If a match is abandoned before completion, bets will be void unless the specific bet market has already been determined (e.g., first goal scorer). If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid; if rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are void and stakes refunded.

For live (in-play) betting, there may be brief delays in odds updates during rapid game developments. Bets placed during these delays are subject to acceptance at at789's discretion. If odds change materially before your bet is accepted, you will be offered the choice to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

7.3 Casino Game Rules
